Jake to the Rescue✳
I build websites, set up communities and game servers, and help you fix or improve the tech you already use. If it’s easier to show me what’s going wrong, we can work through it remotely.

Hey, I'm Jake.
What are you making?
I'm a Delaware operations manager. Day to day, I work with booking and POS systems, arcade technology, inventory, and staff workflows. That practical mix is why I'm comfortable troubleshooting across tools and building things people need to use.
As an independent freelancer, I also work with Minecraft systems, stores, plugins, websites, and online communities. Risky Anarchy and RiskyPvP/SMP are real examples on my work page. Bring a new idea, an existing setup, or something that needs figuring out.
A public link and a plain-English explanation are enough to start. Please don't share passwords, access tokens, access codes, customer data, or other private information.

Tech help,
without the guesswork.
Tell me what’s happening. We can start with a screen share, and if it makes sense for me to take over the mouse, I can help through a remote session you approve and can end at any time.
Use this website to request a session. We arrange screen sharing or remote access only after I've reviewed the issue. Don't include passwords or access codes.
